The Black Women's Leadership Collective North Carolina 100 County Organizing Program is a state-specific initiative designed to empower Black women and strengthen their leadership across North Carolina. BWLC North Carolina provides training, resources, and strategic support for Black women looking to take active roles in their community and foster a network of leaders. BWLC North Carolina is working to ensure Black women’s perspectives and needs are at the forefront of local and national decision-making.
